Angsar Tursynchanuly Mussachanow ( Kazakh Аңсар Тұрсынханұлы Мұсаханов , Russian Анзар Турсунканович Мусаханов Ansar Tursunkanowitsch Mussachanow * 31 July 1966 in Aidarly, Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh politician.

Life

Angsar Mussakhanov was born in 1966 in the village of Aidarly in Alma-Ata Oblast. He graduated from Alma-Ata Veterinary Institute in 1989 . In 2006 he graduated from the Kazakh National Agricultural University with a degree in management.

After studying at the veterinary institute, he worked as a veterinarian in a farm and since 1996 he has been the chief veterinarian of an agricultural cooperative. In 1997, he was the chief veterinarian of Temirschol district of Shambyl district in the Almaty area . Between 1997 and 1998 he was Äkim in this district before he went into the private sector. From 2003 to 2005 he was deputy head and then head of the territorial administration of the Ministry of Agriculture in the Qarassai district . From 2005 to 2006 he was Deputy Äkim of the Ile District and in December 2006 he was appointed Äkim of the Shambyl District. From November 2007 he was Äkim of the Qarassai District and in September 2009 he was appointed State Inspector of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since July 2010 he was Deputy Äkim (Governor) of the Almaty Region and on April 13, 2011 he was appointed Äkim of the Region. He held this post until August 20, 2014. He has been a member of the Kazakh Senate since October 2014 .
