Anita Brügel-Petrikat
Anita Brügel-Petrikat (born June 2, 1920 in Romeyken , † 2000 in Stuttgart ) was a German painter.
Life
The artist, who comes from East Prussia , studied with Beni Grünhaupt and Hans Schreiner in 1956 and from 1957–61 at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart with Manfred Henninger .
Artistic creation
The general artist's lexicon (vol. 14, 1996, p. 478) says about the painter's work : "With landscapes composed out of color (watercolor, oil, pastel), Brügel-Petrikat detaches itself from objectivity."
