The Anjuiski National Park ( Russian Госуда́рственный приро́дный национа́льный парк "Аню́йский" ) is a national park in the territory of the Russian region of Khabarovsk . It was designated in 2007 and covers an area of around 430,000 hectares.
The National Park is located east of a natural gas - pipeline from Sakhalin in the north to Vladivostok in the south. The area is habitat for tigers . The population in the Far East of Russia comprises a total of around 30 animals. In 2015, Anjuiski National Park gained greater prominence following the successful release of a tiger that was caught in the Khabarovsk region.
