Anna Katharina Mangold

Anna Katharina Mangold (* 1977 ) is a German lawyer .

Life

From 1997 to 2002 she studied law at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg . From 2002 to 2004 she was a research assistant at the Institute for Legal History and Historical Comparative Law, Germ. Dept. ( Karin Nehlsen-von Stryk ) in Freiburg im Breisgau . After her legal clerkship (2004–2006) at the Berlin Court of Appeal and her doctorate (2006–2009) with Rainer Wahl at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, she completed a master’s degree at the University of Cambridge in 2009/2010 . In 2011/2012 she was a research assistant with Ute Sacksofsky at the Goethe University . Since 2012 she has been a Schumpeter Fellow ( VW Foundation ). After her habilitation in 2016 at the Faculty of Law at the University of Frankfurt am Main ( Venia Legendi Public Law, European Law and Philosophy of Law), she teaches as a professor for European and international law at the University of Flensburg .
