Anna Maria Foerstner

Anna Maria Förstner (born September 24, 1948 in Munich ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

Förstner attended grammar school and graduated from high school in Munich. She studied German, history, political science and newspaper studies with a state examination. From 1976 to 2002 she was a high school teacher and senior teacher.

In 1980 Förstner became a member of the SPD. She was deputy district chairwoman, member of the Regensburg sub-district, district councilor, parliamentary group spokesperson and councilor. On May 1, 2002, she moved to the Bavarian State Parliament, to which she was a member until 2003.
