Anna of Gabain

Anna von Gabain (born August 28, 1866 in Königsberg ; † unknown) was a German pianist.

She was the daughter of the Prussian Colonel Thassilo von Gabain (1831-1913) and born Julie. Stein (1840-1884). After attending secondary school for girls, she studied music, specializing in the piano works of Johann Sebastian Bach , Ludwig van Beethoven and Max Reger . Teresa Carreño and Anton Beer-Walbrunn were among her teachers . Gabain's center of life was Berlin-Charlottenburg . She gave numerous concerts and recitals.
