Anne Hopfengärtner (born October 29, 1989 in Neustadt an der Aisch ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Hop growers began their career with the juniors of TSV Neustadt Aisch. She went through the DFB talent promotion as well as various selection teams and moved to SV 67 Weinberg in 2004 . There she played in the U-17 Bayern League and had her first appearances in the first women's team. From 2005 to 2007 she played with Weinberg in the Bavarian League and in 2007 rose to the Regionalliga Süd. As champion of the regional league, she made it to the 2nd women's Bundesliga south in 2013 . From 2013 to 2016 she played for Weinberg in the Bundesliga and moved to 1. FC Köln for the 2016/17 season .

In 2016 Hopfengärtner played for the student national team against the national team of French students. In June 2017 she traveled to Uruguay with the German national student team. In the course of this ambassadorial trip, she played against the senior national team and the national student team of Uruguay.

With 1. FC Köln, she was promoted to the Allianz Women's Bundesliga in her first season . From 2018 Hopfengärtner played for Bayer 04 Leverkusen .
