Anne Kuljian
Anne Louise Kuljian (born June 17, 1949 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American production designer .
Life
Kuljian began her career as a production designer in 1982 with the Oscar-nominated Independent - short film The Silence . In 1985 she starred in the three Academy Award nominees thriller Runaway Train . She was nominated for an Oscar in the category Best Production Design in 1990 for her production design for James Cameron's science fiction film Abyss , which she designed together with Leslie Dilley . She worked extensively in the science fiction genre, including Sphere , The 200 Years of Man , Minority Report, and War of the Worlds . Her work includes more than 30 productions.
