The Anne River is a river in the south of the Australian state of Tasmania .

River course

It rises in Lake Judd , below Mount Sarah Jane in the northeast part of the Southwest National Park . From there it first flows westwards, towards Lake Pedder , but turns south-east about two kilometers from its east bank, on the Schnells Ridge . About ten kilometers southeast of Lake Pedder, the Anne River flows into the Huon River .
