Anne Schüller

Anne M. Schüller (* 1952 in Rheydt ) is a German author , speaker and management consultant.

Life

She studied business administration with a focus on marketing at the Würzburg University of Applied Sciences. Schüller lives in Munich and deals with recommendation marketing , touchpoint management and loyalty marketing .

In 2008, she received the Swiss Business Book Prize 2008 for her book “ Customer proximity in the executive floor” . In 2012, her book Touchpoints was awarded the Grand Prize for Medium-Sized Enterprises by the Oskar Patzelt Foundation . In 2014, her book Das Touchpoint Unternehmens was named Management Book of the Year by the Management Journal. In 2015 she was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the German Speakers Association (GSA) for her life's work.
