Annemarie Buntrock

Annemarie Buntrock (born April 19, 1923 in Mülheim an der Ruhr ) is a German poet and graphic artist who mainly publishes poetry.

Life

Annemarie Buntrock was born in Mülheim-Raadt in 1923. From 1948 to 1980 she worked as a commercial clerk, after which she worked as a freelance writer , painter and graphic artist . In 1978 her first volume of poetry was published, And lets the pack animal drink . Her second volume, Stages to Silence , was published two years later. After that, numerous other volumes of poetry appeared at irregular intervals until 2002.

In addition to the individual lyrical publications, often together with graphics by the artist, Annemarie Buntrock's works have also appeared in various annual volumes, anthologies and specialist journals.
