Annette Langer

Annette Langer (born 1966 ) is a German journalist .

Life

Langer completed a degree in Slavic , Italian , theater and media in Hamburg , Rome , Saint Petersburg and Pisa as well as a postgraduate course in German as a foreign language at the University of Kassel . She worked in event management and in press and public relations in the field of music promotion and has continued to work as a lecturer for Italian, Russian and English as well as a translator and interpreter. Langer has been an editor at Spiegel Online since July 2000 . In her articles she has dealt with the subject of sexual abuse of children and the repeatedly evasive reactions of social and church institutions to it.
