Annette Schellenberg

Annette Schellenberg (* 1971 in Zurich ) is a Swiss writer on the Old Testament .

Life

From 1991 to 1998 she studied Protestant theology at the University of Zurich . From 1998 to 2003 she was a research assistant at the Chair for Old Testament Studies and Ancient Near Eastern Religious History at the Theological Faculty of the University of Zurich. After completing her doctorate in 2002 at the Theological Faculty of the University of Zurich, she was a visiting scholar at the Department of Near Eastern Languages ​​and Cultures at the University of California, Los Angeles from 2003 to 2005 (with a grant from the Swiss National Science Foundation ). From 2005 to 2007 she was a scholarship holder of the Zurich Young Talent Loan.
