The Anse de la Baleinière ( French for Bay of the Whalers ) is a fjord-like bay on the northeast coast of Pétrel Island in the Géologie Archipelago off the coast of the East Antarctic Adélieland . It is located west of Mont Cervin and serves French expeditions as a natural harbor .
