Anthemis Macrotis is a plant from the genus of Anthemis ( Anthemis ) in the family of Compositae (Asteraceae).

features

Anthemis macrotis is a pressed, hairy, annual stem thermophyte that reaches heights of 20 to 25 centimeters. The outline of the leaves is obovate. They have 3 to 5 pairs of first-order plumage. The tubular flowers are 2.5 to 3 millimeters long. The fruits are about 1.5 to 2 millimeters in size.

The flowering period extends from April to May.

Occurrence

Anthemis macrotis occurs in the southeastern Aegean . The species grows in rock corridors (by the sea).

Systematics

Karl Heinz Rechinger originally described the species as Matricaria macrotis in the genus of camomiles ( Matricaria ). In 2006 it was placed as Anthemis macrotis in the genus of the canine chamomile ( Anthemis ).
