Anti von Klewitz

Anti von Klewitz is a German Eastern violinist and singer .

Life

After studying violin, which she completed in Zagreb , among other places , Anti von Klewitz tried herself as a street musician for some time . At that time she played mainly Eastern European folklore . She traveled internationally with the Trio Nomad . She later became a member of various formations and bands, including the group "Hora Colora", with which she won the Rudolstadt Folk Prize in 1996. She also wrote various pieces of her own music and arranged, for example, the Hungarian piece Amari Szi in many different variations. Together with the group bal cannibals , formerly Klewitzki , she mainly performs in Germany and Holland . She also developed the "Hora Colora Project" from the former band Hora Colora . She also plays in a duo called Botschanot with the musician Sander Hoving , who is also a member of other groups, projects and bands in which Anti von Klewitz participates .

She is the sister of Andreas and Jan von Klewitz .
