Antoinette Louise Padmore Tubman (born February 24, 1914 in Monrovia ; † May 16, 2011 ibid) was the wife of the Liberian politician William S. Tubman and first lady during his tenure as president from 1943 to 1971.

After her husband's death in July 1971, his inherited fortune of an estimated US $ 220 million made her one of the richest women in the world.

She set up the Antoinette Tubman Child Welfare Foundation for orphans . An orphanage was built in Virginia .

The first international sports stadium in Liberia was named in honor of Antoinette Tubman Stadium .
