Antonia (daughter of Mark Antony orator)
Antonia was a daughter of the well-known Roman orator Marcus Antonius Orator . Her brothers were Marcus Antonius Creticus (the father of the triunvirn Marcus Antonius ) and Gaius Antonius Hybrida .
Some time after Mark Antony orator 100 BC. Chr. Had been allowed to celebrate a triumph over the Cilician pirates , his daughter Antonia of all people was kidnapped by pirates from his villa near Misenum ; she was only released on payment of a large ransom. Otherwise nothing is known about Antonia.
