Antonio Baldini (Bishop)
Antonio Baldini (baptized June 11, 1770 in Rome , † May 8, 1830 in Civitavecchia ) was an Italian Curia Bishop .
Life
He received on 12 March 1796 the sacrament of Holy Orders . In October 1819 he met Pius VII as papal chamberlain and canon at the Lateran Basilica . In 1820 he was commissioner for the monasteries in Rome.
On February 21, 1820, Pope Pius VII appointed him titular archbishop of Neocaesarea in Ponto . He received his episcopal ordination on February 27, 1820, the Cardinal Bishop of Sabina , Lorenzo Litta ; Archbishops Candido Maria Frattini and Michele Belli were co-consecrators. On May 20, 1822, Antonio Baldini was appointed Consultor of the Index Congregation .
