This article deals with the fork tines of the scissors (fork drawbar). For the district of Anze (安泽 Kreis) in the city of Linfen in the Chinese province of Shanxi, see Anze (Linfen) . For the Alsatian community, see Ensisheim .
The Anzen or Scherbrees are the two rods of the scissors in a single horse . They can usually be folded up individually, but often together. This allows the draft animal to be placed in front of the carriage and the strings connected to the carriage. Then the panels are folded down and connected to the dishes .
