The building with the postal address Apollonienmarkt 16 is a listed building on the Apollonienmarkt in Stralsund .

The four-storey building with a tail gable was erected in 1896.

The facade is designed in the neo-renaissance style. The first three axes are highlighted by a crowning tail gable. Six terracotta panels with portrait medallions, copies after Statius von Düren , decorate the facade.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 50.
