Aquaeductus cochleae
The aqueductus cochleae , also known as the perilymphatic duct or perilymph duct , is a small, membranous canal that connects the perilymph space of the inner ear with the subarachnoid space . The aqueductus cochleae runs in the canaliculus cochleae , a bony canal that extends from the scala tympani near the oval window to medial to the jugular foramen . The aquaeductus cochleae is accompanied by a vein of the same name , the vena aquaeductus cochleae .
