Ara Baliozian

Ara Baliozian , (born December 10, 1936 in Athens ) is a contemporary Armenian writer.

Life

He graduated from the Mechitarist College Murat-Raphael in Venice . There he also studied economics and political science at Ca 'Foscari University. He currently lives in Ontario , Canada and has dedicated his life to writing. His works have been published in both Armenian and English.

He won several prizes and was sponsored by the state for his literary works. His works include fictional , dramaturgical and literary critical writings. He also translated from Armenian, French and Italian.
