Senftenberg Labor Court
The Senftenberg Labor Court was a labor court and one of the former seven labor courts in Brandenburg . The court was dissolved on January 1, 2012. Its tasks are performed by the Cottbus Labor Court .
Seat and District of the Court
The court had its seat in Senftenberg at Schulstrasse 4 b . Foreign chambers of the Cottbus Labor Court now meet here. The Senftenberg Labor Court was locally responsible for legal disputes from the Elbe-Elster district and the Oberspreewald-Lausitz district.
Superior courts
The Berlin-Brandenburg Regional Labor Court and, in the further course, the Federal Labor Court were superordinate to the Senftenberg Labor Court.
