Cottbus Labor Court

The Cottbus Labor Court , a labor court , is one of the six labor courts in Brandenburg .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Cottbus at Vom-Stein-Straße 28 in the state authorities and court center. There are also chambers in Senftenberg.

The Cottbus Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the city of Cottbus and from the Spree-Neisse , Dahme-Spreewald , Oberspreewald-Lausitz and Elbe-Elster districts. The proceedings in which the plaintiff's last place of work was in the districts of Elbe-Elster or Oberspreewald-Lausitz are negotiated before the foreign chambers in Senftenberg.

The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Berlin-Brandenburg Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Cottbus Labor Court.
