Labor Court Potsdam

The Potsdam Labor Court , a labor court system , is one of the six labor courts in Brandenburg .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Potsdam at Behlertstr. 3A .

The Potsdam Labor Court is local for legal disputes from the city of Potsdam , the district of Teltow-Fläming and the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark (only the communities and cities of Beelitz , Groß Kreutz , Kleinmachnow , Michendorf , Nuthetal , Schwielowsee , Seddiner See , Stahnsdorf , Teltow and Werder ) responsible. The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Berlin-Brandenburg Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Potsdam Labor Court.
