Work design
Work design (formerly also work system design or system design) comprises the design of all elements of a work system as well as its relevant environmental factors.
Work design is essentially the creation of conditions for the interaction of people , technology , information and organization in the work system. The aim is to fulfill the task taking into account human characteristics and needs and economic efficiency . It includes not only the organizational but also the technical design of the system and thus forms the generic term for work system , work organization and work structuring .
