Employment contract law of the Bavarian dioceses
The abbreviation ABD stands for the term "employment contract law of the Bavarian (arch) dioceses " and applies to all professional employees of the so-called constituted church area in Bavaria . This includes the ordinariate , the church foundations of the parishes , a large part of the schools in church sponsorship and normally also the employees of the church associations . The ABD regulates the entire employment contract law of these employees of the Roman Catholic Churches in Bavaria and is based on the collective agreement for the public service ( TVöD ).
