Arkansas State Route 5 is a highway in the US state of Arkansas that runs in a north-south direction.

The highway begins on the Missouri state border north of Mountain Home , where it is known as Missouri State Route 5 , and ends near Cabot on US Highways 67 and 167 . A second section begins in Little Rock on US Highway 70 and ends 7 miles north of Hot Springs on Arkansas State Route 7 . In Little Rock it crosses the Arkansas River with the Main Street Bridge .
