Arkansas State Highway 7 is a highway in the US state of Arkansas that runs in a north-south direction.

The highway begins in Diamond City on Bull Shoals Lake near the Missouri border and, after crossing the entire state, ends near Lockhart on the Louisiana border , where it becomes Louisiana State Route 558 .

Except for the section north of Harrison , the State Route to the Arkansas State Scenic Byway applies.
