As Arkland a row of buildings along is Main Street in the Scottish town of Inveraray referred. The buildings are located directly southwest of Inveraray Parish Church and are therefore directly on the A83 , which connects the south of the region to the Kintyre Peninsula with the Central Belt .

The buildings were completed in 1775. As an architect, Robert Mylne was responsible for the planning. The masonry work was carried out by John Marr . In 1966, Arkland was included in the Scottish List of Monuments in the highest category A as an ensemble . The opposite row of buildings Relief Land is practically identical to Arkland.

Arkland consists of five identically constructed single houses that were built in closed construction along the street. Architecturally, the features of the simple Georgian architecture show . The buildings are three-story and equipped with lattice windows along the front, which symmetrically surround central entrance doors. They end with slate-covered gable roofs . At the rear of each building there is a short, three-story wing with a square floor plan. These end with hip roofs . All facades are plastered using the traditional Harling technique. Each of the houses has an external staircase along the back that leads to the first floor. The buildings are used as residential buildings. In the second and fourth houses of the row there are business premises on the ground floor.
