Armando Sales
Armando de Sales Oliveira (born December 24, 1887 in São Paulo , † May 17, 1945 ibid) was a Brazilian politician .
Life
Armando Sales was born in São Paulo. From 1905 he studied at the Escola Politécnica , which belongs to the University of São Paulo . From 1934 he was a member of the Constitutional Party of Brazil . For this, Sales was elected governor of the state of São Paulo in 1935 . In December 1936 he resigned his office, which then fell provisionally to Henrique Smith Bayma . He was then chairman of his party and its candidate in the 1938 presidential election.
