Armin Green

Armin Grün (born April 27, 1944 in Bad Berneck) was Professor of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing at the Geodetic Institute of ETH Zurich from 1984 to 2009 . He took up this professorship as the successor to Hellmut Schmid .

In addition to teaching, he is the author of numerous specialist articles - u. a. About analytical photogrammetry - and (co) organizer of geodetic advanced training courses: Geodetic week (annually, mostly in Germany), optical 3D measurement methods for geotechnical engineering (alternating with the Vienna University of Technology ).
