Armindo Fernandes do Espírito Santo Vieira (born April 14, 1953 ) is an Angolan diplomat and politician.

Life

From 1981 to 1982 he was the commander of the Angolan People's Police. From 1983 to 1987 he was ambassador to Lagos , Nigeria . From 1987 to 1988 he was ambassador to Rome . From 1989 to 1992 he was Commander of the People's Police and Deputy Minister of the Interior. Since April 29, 2002 he has been ambassador to the Holy See .
