Arnaud Cotture (born August 9, 1995 in Martigny ) is a Swiss basketball player . He has been part of the national league team Friborg Olympic since 2020 .

Player career

Cotture was trained at the Martigny Basket club in his hometown before moving to Friborg Olympic . With the Üechtlandern he made his debut in the National League A during the 2010/11 season . In 2016 he became Swiss champion with Friborg and became team captain. In the 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons, he was named the best young professional in National League A by the internet service eurobasket.com .

During the summer break of 2017, he moved from Friborg to league rivals Lions de Genève . For the 2020/21 season he returned to Friborg Olympic.

National team

Cotture played in the Swiss youth national teams and took part in the U16, U18 and U20 age groups in the European B championships. In 2014 he was appointed to the men's national team for the first time.
