Arnd Vogler

Arnd Vogler (born November 10, 1938 - † May 16, 2020 ) was a German chemist .

Vogler received his doctorate in 1965 at the Technical University of Munich under Ernst Otto Fischer (dissertation: About cyclopentadienyl metal carbonyl complexes of ruthenium and palladium ). In 1969 he became an associate professor for inorganic chemistry at the University of Regensburg . In 2004 he retired.

He dealt with organometallic chemistry and photochemistry of organometallic compounds, for example for the conversion and storage of solar energy.
