Arnold Crüwell
Arnold Crüwell (born November 23, 1847 in Bielefeld ; † June 14, 1935 there ) was a German entrepreneur.
Life
Crüwell worked for the tobacco company Gebr. Crüwell from 1864 , of which he became a partner in 1879. Under his leadership it developed into one of the largest tobacco companies in the German Empire.
From 1887 to 1891 he was a member of the Bielefeld city council .
The city of Bielefeld named a street after him.
