Aron Eisenberg
Aron Eisenberg (born January 6, 1969 in Los Angeles , California - September 21, 2019 ) was an American actor and film producer .
Life
Aron Eisenberg suffered from a growth disorder in his youth and had to undergo a kidney transplant at the age of 14 . He then led a life without any further significant impairments. However, in 2015 he received a second kidney transplant.
Due to his small height of 1.52 m, he was mainly offered acting roles as a child and adolescent. In the television series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine , Aron Eisenberg played Ferengi Nog .
He then repeatedly performed the sketch Ferengi Family Hour at Star Trek conventions with his Deep Space Nine colleagues Max Grodénchik , Chase Masterson and Cecily Adams . He also worked on the 2003 book The Players of Gilean .
Eisenberg died at the age of 50 in September 2019.
