Ars Didactica
Ars Didactica - Marburg's Contributions to the Study and Didactics of Ancient Languages is a series of scientific publications from the field of Classical Philology and Didactics of Ancient Languages .
The series Ars Didactica - Marburg Contributions to the Study and Didactics of Ancient Languages , founded in 2015 by Boris Dunsch, Magnus Frisch, Hans-Joachim Glücklich , Rainer Nickel and Felix M. Prokoph is a forum for publications on the didactics of ancient language teaching as well as for teaching and learning Offer workbooks for studying classical philology . The series includes both didactic monographs and anthologies for school teaching in Latin and Greek as well as “auxiliary books” for their study at the university. It is published by the Kartoffeldruck-Verlag (Speyer), which publishes the books at cost price so that they are affordable for students and trainee teachers.
In the area of subject didactics, it is primarily practical teaching work and anthologies with contributions from teachers, specialists and subject didactics that are published. In addition, excellent didactic state examination theses and collections of outstanding, thematically related seminar papers are made available to a broader specialist audience and, above all, to specialist colleagues at schools.
By 2018, Ars Didactica had published five volumes. Further volumes are being planned.
