Arsenije Jovanović (born September 30, 1932 in Belgrade ) is a Serbian radio play author .

Jovanović was professor at the Faculty of Dramaturgy of the University of the Arts Belgrade and later director of the National Theater in Belgrade and artistic director of the Bitef Theater (Theater in the Church) .
