Artūras Norkevičius

Artūras Norkevičius (* 1975 in Šiauliai ) is a Lithuanian politician, vice minister .

Life

In 2004 Jankevičius completed his bachelor's degree in police administration at the Lietuvos policijos akademija in Vilnius and in 1998 his master's degree in law from the Lietuvos teisės universitetas . He worked at the police department at the Ministry of Interior of Lithuania as an inspector, at Lietuvos viešosios policijos biuras as a police inspector, as head of the sub-department at the police department and until 2014 as director of the prison department at the Ministry of Justice of Lithuania . Since 2014 he has been the deputy minister of the interior of Lithuania , deputy of Saulius Skvernelis in the Butkevičius cabinet .
