Artūras Skikas

Artūras Skikas (born May 29, 1963 in Šiauliai ) is a Lithuanian doctor, politician of the district of Šilutė , former vice minister .

Life

After graduating from high school, he studied at the Šiaulių medicinos mokykla . During his studies he did compulsory service in the Soviet Army . In 1990 he completed his studies in medicine at the Medicinos akademija in Kaunas . From 1991 he worked in Šilutė . From 2000 to 2003 he was a member of the council of the Šilutė district community . From 2009 to 2010 he was Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Health of Lithuania , Deputy of Algis Čaplikas .

From 1994 he was a member of Lietuvos liberalų sąjunga , from 2003 Liberalų ir centro sąjunga .

Skikas is married.
