Artur pond
Artur Teich (born July 27, 1890 in Seeligstadt , today part of the municipality of Klipphausen ; † January 6, 1960 ) was a German politician and former member of the state parliament ( SPD ).
Life and work
After attending primary school , he completed training as a metal worker and then worked as a machinist, union employee and employment agency.
Teich had been part of the SPD since 1908. He was represented in various party bodies. Since 1906 he was a member of IG Metall .
MP
From July 13, 1954 to July 12, 1958, Teich was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was directly elected in constituency 069 Duisburg-Süd.
He was a member of the city council of Duisburg from 1945 to 1956.
