Arvid Thörn (born February 13, 1911 in Grängesberg , † December 2, 1986 ) was a Swedish football player .

Thörn first played for his hometown club IFK Grängesberg in the 1930s before moving to Örebro SK .

National team

Thörn was a Swedish international . When he made his debut in 1930, he only played fourth class, overall he played twice for the national team. In their debut game on July 18, 1930, Sweden beat Estonia 5-1. Before half-time, Thörn made it 3-1. Four days later he played his last international match in a 5-0 away win against Latvia . Four years later he was on the squad for the 1934 World Cup , but was not used during the tournament.
