Arvydas Nekrošius

Arvydas Nekrošius (born March 10, 1984 in Raseiniai ) is a Lithuanian politician and Seimas vice-president since November 2016 .

Life

From 1991 he attended the Catholic elementary school Raseiniai. From 1995 to 2003 he graduated from the Šaltinio Middle School Raseiniai. From 2003 to 2007 he completed his bachelor’s degree and from 2007 to 2009 his master’s degree in energy engineering and, in 2014, his doctorate in environmental engineering at the Lietuvos žemės ūkio universitetas (LŽŪU) in the district of Kaunas .

From 2007 he worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the laboratory for biogas at the chair for agroenergy economics at LŽŪU. From 2008 to 2010 he was an engineer in a private company. From 2010 he worked as an assistant and from 2014 taught as a lecturer at the Institute of Energy Economics and Biotechnology -Engineering at LŽŪU. In autumn 2016 he taught at the Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas in Kaunas . Since November 2016 he has been a Seimas member and deputy to the Seimas President Viktoras Pranckietis .
