Asclepi is an impact crater in the rugged southern highlands on Earth's moon . The outer edge has been eroded by numerous subsequent impacts and has been worn almost to the level of the surrounding area. As a result, the crater only appears as a depression in the surface. The inside of the crater is almost flat and has no features.
In the vicinity of Asclepi are the craters Hommel in the east, Pitiscus in the northeast and Baco in the northwest. The smaller Tannerus crater lies in a west-southwest direction.
