History of the educational institution
The tradition of this officer of Applied Sciences (OHS) dates back to the year 1920, when this first at the "Red combat school for commanders" ( Russian Сборное Красное Комсоставовское Училище ) and later at the "First Azerbaijani War College" ( Russian Первая Азербайджанская Военная Школа ) special Courses for training commanders were carried out. In the following years the name of the school was changed several times. In 1924, these military educational institution was named "Transcaucasian preparatory military school RKKA" ( Russian Закавказская Военно-Подготовительная Школа ЗВПШ ) and the prototype of the Suvorov cadet schools was (named after AV Suvorov ) of the entire Soviet Union. As early as November 1930, a reorganization took place with the aim of creating a "medium-sized military educational institution".
