Asia Cooperation Dialogue
The Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) is an intergovernmental organization founded in 2002.

The ACD was first proposed in 2000 by Thailand's then Foreign Minister Surakiart Sathirathai . The first meeting of ministers took place in June 2002 in the city of Cha Am, Thailand. This was followed by almost annual meetings in various Asian cities.
Members
The ACS was founded by 18 member states. In the following years, 16 other states joined.
