Asian Cultural Council
The Asian Cultural Council (ACC) is a US non-profit organization based in New York City , which is committed to promoting cultural exchange between the USA and Asia. The organization also has offices in Hong Kong, Manila, Taipei and Tokyo. ACC was founded in 1980 and goes back to the Asian Cultural Program of John D. Rockefeller III , which existed from 1963 to 1979 .
