The Aspria Holdings BV , based in Wimbledon (London) is the owner and operator of eight high-priced health clubs in Belgium, Germany and Italy. The company employs a total of around 680 people and offers its 40,000 members various sports and wellness facilities (as of 2019).

history

  • 2000 - the Aspria brand was founded
  • 2001 - Aspria Brussels Arts-Loi opens on Rue de l'Industrie in Brussels
  • 2002 - Aspria Berlin Ku'damm and Aspria Hamburg- Alstertal opened in northern Hamburg .
  • 2005 - Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante and Aspria Brussels Avenue Louise opened. Royal La Rasante was founded in 1902 as a hockey and tennis club.
  • 2009 - Opening of the Aspria Hannover club and hotel on the Maschsee with 20 rooms for overnight stays. In the same year the Aspria Berlin Ku'damm Hotel opens: The Aspria Hotel starts in Berlin with 42 rooms and an extensive spa for day guests. In addition, the Aspria Harbor Club Milan opens: The Aspria group acquires the historic Harbor Club Milano and renames it Aspria Harbor Club. The Aspria Harbor Club annually organizes the Aspria Tennis Cup as part of the Association of Tennis Professionals Challenger Tour and the Aspria Swimming Cup.
  • 2011 - Opening of the Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante hotel with 16 rooms and 3 suites
  • 2012 - Opening of the Aspria Hamburg-Uhlenhorst (club and hotel) at the Klipper Tennis & Hockey Club near the Outer Alster
  • 2014 - Aspria Brussels Avenue Louise partnered with the skin care brand Sisley
